Strengthen: you can not improve your walking posture by simply getting stronger because your body won't necessarily know when or how to use that strength
Core on the Floor: Exercises done in a horizontal position that don't at least mimic actual walking can not be fully relied on to improve walking posture.
Why old approaches to fixing posture are not the best way:
Stretching: Stretching tight muscles alone will not improve your walking posture. Stretched muscles often get tight again as soon as you start walking due to muscle memory.
